Sheep

Our lamb is mainly pasture raised, and we pride ourselves on producing happy, healthy animals that in return produce exceptionally tasting meat. The lamb is harvested seasonally when the animal is in it prime, allowing each and every lamb to grow and delvelop at its own rate.
