Bees

The honey that the bees produce is filtered, decanted into glass jars and sold. This means that the original pollen is retained within the honey and the filtration process is only done to remove any honey comb wax. Our honey therefore contains  all the antioxidants, enzymes and other beneficial attributes of the honey, retaining the natural aroma and flavour.
